- Complaint redressal
If we have got something wrong, tell us.
You can raise a complaint about anything Anukshana has published. Every complaint is read and reviewed, and corrections are published openly.
What you can raise
- A factual error: a name, figure, date or account of events that is wrong.
- Missing context, or a headline that does not carry what the story actually says.
- A story about you published without a fair opportunity to respond.
- A question of privacy, use of a photograph, or copyright.
What to include
- The full link (URL) of the article.
- Exactly which sentence or passage is at issue.
- What the correct position is, with any document that supports it.
- Your name and a way to reach you.
How it is handled
- 01AcknowledgementWe confirm we have received your complaint within 48 hours.
- 02ReviewAn editor who did not write the story reviews it against the original sourcing.
- 03OutcomeWe write back with a decision, normally within 15 working days.
- 04CorrectionWhere a complaint is upheld the article is corrected, and the correction is recorded on the article itself rather than made silently.
Where to send it
